The purchasing in abas ERP offers a continuous transaction processing - from the inquiry to purchase order suggestion and purchase orders to entering incoming goods invoice verification. Dealing with purchase orders is a central component in the purchases area. In the scheduling, purchase order suggestions are generated when stock levels fall below the minimum stock level, which then flow into inquiries and purchase orders. Outline contracts can be edited. The ordering is linked for each purchase order item with the financial accounting and cost accounting via the allocation of cost centers, cost objects and account assignments.
Sales - Functions:

The integrated abas Financial Accounting encompasses the complete financial accounting management of all financial transactions.
