Science World Granted Long-Term Equity Endowment by SoftSearch Inc.

Vancouver, BC - January 4, 2005 - Bryan Tisdall, Science World President and CEO, is pleased to announce receipt of a long-term equity endowment option from Kathy Woolverton, President of SoftSearch Inc. of Vancouver, BC. "Science World welcomes such promissory gifts where young companies like SoftSearch can do something benevolent for the science community today that may reap great rewards in the future."
